Our suites are lovely, private, well-appointed, and larger than many cottages! We do a 3 night minimum for June, July, and August ($150 - $175/nt) and offer a very reduced weekly rates ($800 - $900/wk). We have availability in one or more suites for most of the summer. We are located at 50 Major Doane Rd in Wellfleet, a lovely neighborhood hidden in the woods and abutting the Cape Cod National Seashore. We are a short walk to town center, near the fresh water ponds, about 1 mile to Cape Cod Bay, and 2 miles to Cahoon Hollow Beach.
